★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No vayan ahí!! No lo recomiendo. En cuanto a placas y estudios de ortodoncia esta bien, el precio es accesible y el trato del técnico es bastante bueno. Sin embargo ya para tratamientos dentales no lo recomiendo en absoluto, me hicieron una endodoncia y me la dejaron mal ?, tuve que regresar a que me la volvieran a hacer otra vez y todavía tuve que esperar 1 hora y media a que me atendieran. Te hacen esperar muchísimo tiempo, lo mínimo media hora.
Además sus precios son carísimos!!! $$$ comparados con otras clínicas. Por mi endodoncia tuve que pagar una membresía que me costó $3000, para que me hicieran el "descuento" en mi endodoncia que me quedó en $5800, ya que sin la membresía me querían cobrar casi $11000 por la dichosa endodoncia. Después por la corona me querían cobrar $5600.
Yo tenia mis dudas sobre el tratamiento después de la endodoncia y le explique a la dentista que me atendía sobre lo que yo entendía y mis dudas y me dijo que de donde había sacado esa información, que la estaba agrediendo y ofendiendo al no estar convencida de su trabajo y tratamiento. Luego me sugirió que si no quería la corona normal me podían poner una corona "fluida", con un costo de $8000 ?, lo cual al buscar en Internet y consultar con otros dentistas me encontré con que NO EXISTE!!! ? ? ?
No tienen buena actitud de servicio al cliente, ya que estamos pagando por un servicio y por lo tanto mereces un buen trato. Pedí un número para poner mi queja sobre el servicio y no me lo quisieron dar, me dijeron que la encargada me llamaría para solucionar mi problema y jamás me llamó. Sin palabras ?
Terrible service. Don't go there !! I do not recommend it. As for plates and orthodontic studies is fine, the price is affordable and the treatment of the technician is quite good. However, for dental treatments, I do not recommend it at all, they gave me an endodontic and they left it bad ?, I had to return to have it done again and I still had to wait 1 hour and a half to be treated. They make you wait a long time, at least half an hour.
Also their prices are very expensive !!! $$$ compared to other clinics. For my endodontics I had to pay a membership that cost me $ 3000, so they could give me the "discount" on my endodontics that was $ 5800, since without the membership they wanted to charge me almost $ 11000 for the happy endodontics. Then they wanted to charge me $ 5600 for the crown.
I had my doubts about the treatment after the root canal and I explained to the dentist that he was attending to me about what I understood and my doubts and he told me that where he had obtained this information, that he was attacking and offending her by not being convinced of their work and treatment. Then he suggested that if I did not want the normal crown, they could put on a "fluid" crown, with a cost of $ 8000 ?, which when searching the Internet and consulting other dentists, I found that it DOES NOT EXIST !!! ? ? ?
They do not have a good customer service attitude, since we are paying for a service and therefore you deserve a good deal. I asked for a number to put my complaint about the service and they did not want to give it to me, they told me that the manager would call me to solve my problem and she never called me. Without words ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio muy bien pero después una amarga experiencia, me cambiaron el diagnóstico de mi niña y me cobraban mas. Pensé en interponer una demanda por otros problemas más pero ya no tuve tiempo ni quise desgastarme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable , me iba a hacer una incrustación y me hicieron dar el 50% por adelantado a la mera hora el molde no quedo , no pude ir a qué otra vez me hicieran el molde y para reagendar fue todo un problema por qué ya no querían , al final me enoje y pedí mi devolución, me pasaron a la coordinadora que no sirvió de nada ya que fue muy grosera, jamás me devolvieron mi dinero y fueron muy groseros , de verdad un muy mal lugar !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no les recomiendo ir a este lugar, en mi caso me dijeron que me llamaban para mi plan de tratamiento pasaron meses y no me llamaron y el doctor Rafael se quedó con un estudio que me hice (y que por cierto me costó carísimo) y jamás recibí una llamada para el plan de tratamiento. Asistí a preguntar y me dijeron que ellos me llamaban. El peor lugar que conozco hasta ahora.
I definitely do not recommend going to this place, in my case they told me that they would call me for my treatment plan months passed and they did not call me and doctor Rafael kept a study that I did (and that by the way cost me dearly) and I never received a call about the treatment plan. I went to ask and they told me that they would call me. The worst place I know so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevo 7 meses esperando mi cita con la endodoncista quien sólo va cada dos semanas a dar consulta y quien me dejó un trabajo a la mitad, tengo un hoyo en una muela y llevo así 7 meses esperando me den cita, me quedan de hablar cuando tengan fecha y no me llaman, me cancelan un día antes, me hablan el mismo día para darme cita y así un sin fin de pretextos, pero eso sí el primer día me cobraron todo el tratamiento. definitivamente el peor servicio que he recibido. no se si sea normal pero la endodoncia me la cobraron en $4,000 en junio y hoy es día que sigo con el hoyo en la muela. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO
