★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se amparan en sus certificados para hacer inválida la devolución de nuestro dinero. Ofrecen otros hoteles a costo mucho más elevado. Por lo que veo me vendieron el paquete al hotel Matlalí cuando ya sabían que no les daban habitaciones. ¿Alguien interesado en hacer denuncia colectiva??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia con GOING tuvo dos etapas, la primera mala ya que dicen haber roto relación con el hotel al que inicialmente iría (Grand Matlali) debido a eso me cobraron impuestos y cambiamos de hotel, esta es la otra parte de la experiencia, la cual fue buena, tuvieron siempre la amabilidad de ayudarme, de explicarme, de buscar mejores costos para vuelos.
El Hotel Marival es bueno, no es muy grande, ofrece todos los servicios. solo recomiendo tengan mucho cuidado en la zona de albercas, aunque hay personal cuidando pasan accidentes y lo primero que te dicen es que eso tiene costo, siento que primero deben ayudar y después cobrar.
Las instalaciones son buenas, semi nuevas podría decir.
Los restaurantes son muy buenos, hay dos en la parte de arriba que son los mejores, hagan temprano su reserva.
Algo que nunca me había pasado es que cobran el internet, no es gratis, lo cobran por día o por estancia.

My experience with GOING had two stages, the first bad one because they say they have broken the relationship with the hotel I was initially going to (Grand Matlali) because of that they charged me taxes and we changed hotels, this is the other part of the experience, which It was good, they were always kind enough to help me, to explain, to find better prices for flights.
The Hotel Marival is good, it is not very big, it offers all the services. I only recommend being very careful in the pool area, although there are staff taking care of accidents and the first thing they tell you is that it has a cost, I feel that they should help first and then get paid.
The facilities are good, semi new I could say.
The restaurants are very good, there are two at the top that are the best, make your reservation early.
Something that had never happened to me is that they charge the internet, it is not free, they charge it per day or per stay.

Compramos en Mayo 2021 y aún no nos dan repuesta , para hacer uso de lo que supuestamente ya pagamos nos piden contar otro paquete ya que supuestamente perdieron relación con Hotel Matlali y ellos incumplieron, pero el hotel niega rotundamente tener algo que ver ni haber recibido dinero por parte de la agencia , lo que quiere decir que la agencia ya lo tiene de su lado y dice no tener nada que ofrecernos que gustes lo que pagamos , no responden mails, un vendedor te manda con otro y otro y no hay quien repones por lo que nos deben ! Eso es fraude !
They have not even been able to fulfill the trip that we paid for. We bought in May 2021 and they still have not given us an answer, to make use of what we supposedly already paid they ask us to count another package since they supposedly lost relationship with Hotel Matlali and they did not comply, but the hotel flatly denies having anything to do with it or having received money by the agency, which means that the agency already has it on its side and says it has nothing to offer us that you like what we pay, they do not respond to emails, one seller sends you with another and another and there is no one to replace what they owe us That is fraud!
