★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me rentaron un auto con FRENOS MALOS. Casi nos estrellamos y el auto se estaba quemando. Se negaron a asumir la responsabilidad y ni siquiera pagarían por el mecánico que usamos. Probablemente volverán a alquilar el coche así. SON CRIMINALES.
They rented me a car with BAD BRAKES. We almost crashed and the car was burning. They refused to take responsibility and would not even pay for the mechanic we used. They will probably rent the car again like this. THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Rente auto por un día y al regresarlo la llanta de refacción estaba dañada cuando yo nunca tuve ningún incidente, desgraciadamente al recibir el carro no me fijé en las condiciones de la llanta ya que solo te la muestran abriendo un tapete que la cubre en la cajuela, después de 5 dias de estarles llamando me comentan que tengo que Pagar 1200 pesos más iva por esa llanta, al final de media hora de discusión telefónica no me quedo otra que aceptar el cobro de 700 pesos con tal de que me devolvieran el depósito de 12,000.00 pesos que deje. El problema aquí es que sus mismos empleados hacen negocio con este tipo de cosas, mi recomendación es que nunca renten ahí y si lo van a hacer revisen con lupa la entrega del auto incluyendo las refacciones que van en la cajuela y también al entregarlo estén pegados al que revisa ya que luego adrede raspan o golpean para decir que eso no estaba así y luego pedirles dinero para no reportar el golpe a la compañía !
Very bad experience with this company! I rented a car for a day and when I returned it the spare tire was damaged when I never had any incident, unfortunately when I received the car I did not notice the conditions of the tire since they only show it by opening a mat that covers it in the trunk , after 5 days of calling you, they tell me that I have to pay 1200 pesos plus VAT for that tire, at the end of half an hour of telephone discussion I have no choice but to accept the collection of 700 pesos as long as they returned the deposit of 12,000.00 pesos left. The problem here is that their same employees do business with this type of thing, my recommendation is that they never rent there and if they are going to do it, they should check the delivery of the car with magnifying glass including the spare parts that go in the trunk and also when they deliver it to the reviewer since they then purposely scrape or hit to say that that was not the case and then ask them for money so as not to report the coup to the company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos estafadores, me ofrecieron un auto con todos los seguros incluidos y me dijeron que ÚNICAMENTE tenía que pagar el 10% de la reparación del vehículo en caso de siniestro, el carro casi sin frenos, en unas condiciones totalmente deplorables. Tuve un accidente en el carro y me cobraron el 10% del valor de carro siendo que el carro NO quedó en pérdida total, solo fue un golpe en la puerta y me cobraron además, los días en que el carro estaría en el taller. Se negaron a entregarme la cotización original del seguro. Estafadores tramposos y mentirosos.
They are scammers, they offered me a car with all the insurances included and they told me that I ONLY had to pay 10% of the repair of the vehicle in case of accident, the car almost without brakes, in totally deplorable conditions. I had an accident in the car and they charged me 10% of the value of the car being that the car was NOT in total loss, it was just a knock at the door and they charged me in addition, the days when the car would be in the workshop.
