Gold Car Rental - 15620 Ciudad de México

I dont know what happened to the reviewers below because we had a good experience with Gold Car rental at DF Airport. Initially we organized a car through another company which turned out a lot more expensive than the original online deal.. They were gracious enough to suggest Gold Car rental where we got looked after by Israel who was very nice and polite and didnt try to cheat us in any way. Truth is, it pays being able to speak and understand at least basic Spanish. Long story short we hired a little Matiz which served us well without a glitch over the 3000+ Km trip from DF to Cancun via Pacific coast, Oaxaca, Chiapas and whole Yucatan. It must have been luck :)

My story..I made a reservation with Europcar almost a month before my arrival to Mexico city... when I got there they had no cars !!!!!! So it was worthless my reservation .. i went to check around with other Rental Company's and they were trying to rip me off on the price... on my search I ran into GOLD CAR RENTAL where they gave me a great deal and a clean vehicle . Thank you Gold Car Rental .... overall a had a great experience and this Rental company save my trip...

I was treated wonderfully by Gold Car Rental. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews regarding car rental companies at Mexico City Int. Airport. I had a lot of trouble with my credit card and Israel allowed me to pay half in cash and the other half after I returned the car. He was very patient with my situation. The car I received was in great condition, for a fair price. The rest of the staff was equally as friendly. I would highly recommend Gold Car Rental.

Love renting from here. Straight forward pricing. The prices they quote you is what you pay, not to mention...they have by far the best prices at the airport. No add-ons like other car rental places. Have been renting from them for quite some time, and it's always a great experince. The best part is that they bring the car right to door #8 of the airport, which is very convenient. It's also door #8 where you drop it off. They will drive you or pick you up at terminal 2 if your flight arrives or leaves from there. It's a very quick process. I would recommend anyone renting a car at Mexico City airport to rent from here. Associates are very friendly and helpful. Este lugar es la mejor agencia para rentar autos en el aeropuerto de la Ciudad de Mexico. Los precios son los mejores. El precio que te dan incluye todos los seguros e impuestos, no te añaden nada extra como en otras agencias. Te entregan el auto en la puerta #8 de la terminal 1, es ahi tambien donde lo entregas cuando regresas al aeropuerto. Te recogen y te llevan a la terminal 2 si es que tu vuelo llega o sale de ahi. Ellos hacen el proceso facil y rapido. Recomendaria a todos los que van a rentar autos en el aeropuerto rentar de esta agencia. Los empleados son muy amables.

Great customer service. I saw the bad reviews just recently but we have not had any bad experiences with this car rental service. Each time we visit Mexico we are always in need of a car and we always rent from Gold Car Rental. They are quick and easy and have reasonable pricing. We have been going to them since 2013. We highly recommend this service.

Great service we had 0 issues. Normally I would rent out a car the day of. We looked around and everything was really over priced and had a waiting list. They offered us a gas saver at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Hi??In you database you do not have country Belarus. Update you database, and people from this country will be able you use your service and spend money here. They told you that they have a cars and would be happy to take your money, and when they see a driver's license from Belarus, they pretend that they are looking at something on the computer and say that, unfortunately, there are no cars. HMMM YOU SAID 2 MINUTES AGO THAT YOU HAVE NOT ONE, BUT EVEN SEVERAL CARS THAT SUIT US. You deserve zero stars. We are happy renting in American Car Rental??with amazing prices and service.

The service was very good but the car they rented me should be in a auto shop for repairs. Radio did not work , Bluetooth did not work , front end sound like it was going to fall apart with every bump I hit had barley made it up a bridge or hill the engine smelled like it was burning up. When I drove off from the airport I called them right away and that was the only car they had so went to bring it back but no one had any cars available. I will never rent a car from this place ever again. I give this place one star just because of the service.
