★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prometen todo y no tienen más q camas duras agua caliente cuando pides q te prendan el boiler sin cable sin internet con muchas hormigas la verdad yo y mi esposo no lo recomendaría nos a menos q sea extrema urgencia
Promise everything and have no hot water hard beds q when q ask you ignite the boiler wireless internet with many ants without truth me and my husband we would not recommend it unless q is extreme urgency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Pet friendly, nos alojamos con una perra labrador. Excelente servicio, el personal es atento, muy amable. Es un lugar limpio, bonito, con aire acondicionado, TV x cable, al lado de Oxxo y lugares para comer. Fue una hermosa experiencia alojarnos en este hotel, nos trataron muy bien y de costo muy accesible, seguro y bien ubicado.
Pet friendly hotel, we stayed with a labrador retriever. Excellent service, attentive staff, very friendly. It is a clean, beautiful place, with air conditioning, cable TV, next to Oxxo and places to eat. It was a beautiful experience to stay in this hotel, we were treated very well and very affordable, safe and well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar. No lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones sucias, el baño en mal estado, si no sale agua caliente, tienes que bajar a la recepción y esperar a que el encargado quiera ir a checar su calentador, la alberca sucia (con pelos de mascotas, moho en el azulejo, el agua de color casi verde, tenía la esperanza de que al llenarse el hotel la limpiaran y uno pudiera ocuparla a la mañana siguiente, pero no, seguía igual) Tienen cachorritos, eso no me molesta, pero si el hecho de que orinan y defecan cerca de la alberca y nadie lo limpia. Los colchones están muy vencidos, solo te dan jabón y dos toallas aunque se hospede 4 personas, el balcón tenía muchas colillas de cigarro y latas de cervezas, el agua de la regadera se quedaba, tardaba mucho en irse, el clima sólo tenía una sola temperatura, los cajones aún con cotonetes sucios de los huéspedes anteriores, no tienen tv con cable, En general es un muy mal lugar. Comprendo que es un lugar económico, pero eso no debería implicar la limpieza.
I would not stay at that place again. I do not recommend it. The dirty rooms, the bathroom in poor condition, if there is no hot water coming out, you have to go down to the reception and wait for the manager to check his heater, the dirty pool (with pet hair, mold on the tile, the almost green colored water, I was hoping that when the hotel filled up they would clean it and one could occupy it the next morning, but no, it was still the same) They have puppies, that does not bother me, but the fact that they urinate and defecate nearby of the pool and nobody cleans it. The mattresses are very outdated, they only give you soap and two towels even if you stay 4 people, the balcony had many cigarette butts and beer cans, the water in the shower would remain, it took a long time to go, the weather had only one temperature, drawers still with dirty cotton swabs from previous guests, no cable tv, overall it is a very bad place. I understand that it is an inexpensive place, but that should not imply cleanliness.
