★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have body systems classes, a cardio area, box classes and the regular work out machines. They have different packages that fit to your needs with different prices. It has showers, sauna and dressing rooms. Something really cool is that sometimes at night they have a live DJ playing in the machines area that keeps you motivated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the city for a few days and this is actually by far the worst gym I've ever been to and trust me I've been to a lot, the equipment is so old it makes you feel like something is going to break while using it the whole time, some of the equipment is actually bad for your posture, some of the machines are bolted to the floor so close together that people can only use one or the other due to the range of motion, this gym seems to have no rules regarding equipment placement (you will have to look for the weights and dumbbells all over the place), trainers seem to focus on having gym members do tri-sets which makes it so hard to use the machines you need because you have multiple members using 3 machines at a time and it's not like they have many options to begin with. Oh and temperature is ok but ventilation sucks.
