LA ÚLTIMA DECLARACIÓN QUE ME HICIERON ESTUVO MAL CALCULADA. LO CONSULTE CON DOS CONTADORES DE OTRO DESPACHO. ME QUERIAN HACER PAGAR DE IMPUESTOS 900.00 CUANDO ERA DE 300.00 TARDAN MUCHO EN CONTESTAR .SON PÉSIMOS . NO LOS RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. THEY HAVE A STAFF WHO IS NOT TRAINED OR SUPERVISED BY ANYONE. YOU OWE ME A PENDING STATEMENT, THAT YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD IT. I HAVE ALREADY TWO MONTHS ASKING FOR THEM. THE LAST DECLARATION THAT THEY MADE TO ME WAS BAD CALCULATED. CHECK IT WITH TWO COUNTERS FROM ANOTHER OFFICE. THEY WANTED TO MAKE ME PAY TAXES 900.00 WHEN IT WAS 300.00 THEY TAKE A LONG TO ANSWER. THEY ARE AWFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Pésima comunicación con el cliente, Pésimo seguimiento al cliente, Son contadores y no expiden las facturas en tiempo y forma, Ah, y como dato extra, la persona de la conversación es la dueña ¡Lo barato, sale caro!.. Para muestra, basta un botón.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!... NECESITO UNA ATENCIÓN 24/7.. lo que responden para justificar la falta de atención al cliente y que se les olvido expedir mi factura.... Y TODAVÍA ME BLOQUEAN.. ¿Este es el trato que quieren?. and thus culminates the very PROFESSIONAL attention of THESE ACCOUNTANTS... just check, so that they think twice...
