★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porquería de empresa, primero te contratan con un sueldo el cual luego te lo cambian y tienes problemas por ello y por si fuera poco luego les explicas situaciones que tienes personales y no son capaces de entenderlas y al final te sacan del proyecto si no aplicas las cosas como ellos desean te comentan cuando llegas "el horario no importa mientras cumplas" y al final si no llegas temprano es causa de despido, como me sucedió a mi que tuve un problema personal y avise que no iba tal día y al siguiente día me despidieron sin motivos, sin importarles si tienes familia o no y por si fuera poco te dicen que no hay liquidación que solo es finiquito lo cual hace la situación peor, PIENSEN ANTES DE OFRECER SUS SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES CON ELLOS.
Company crap, first they hire you with a salary which then they change it and you have problems because of it and as if that were not enough then you explain situations that you have personal and they are not able to understand them and in the end they remove you from the project if you do not apply the things like they want, they tell you when you arrive "the schedule does not matter as long as you comply" and in the end if you do not arrive early it is cause for dismissal, as it happened to me that I had a personal problem and let me know that I was not going on that day and the next day They fired for no reason, without caring if you have a family or not and as if that were not enough they tell you that there is no liquidation that is only a settlement which makes the situation worse, THINK BEFORE YOU OFFER YOUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH THEM.
