Gong cha comenzó en Taiwan en el año de 1996 por dos grandes amigos, Huang y Wu. La peculiaridad de Gong cha era ofrecer un servicio personalizado con tés premium en una gran variedad de recetas innovadoras y deliciosas. Gong cha se convirtió en el lugar favorito de sus clientes y las noticias de la empresa comenzaron a extenderse de boca a boca. Sus productos de tan alta calidad fueron incrementando su popularidad y, en 2006, Huang y Wu crearon la marca Gong chay abrieron su primer tienda en la ciudad de Kaohsiung, Taiwan. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy seguido pero es la cuarta vez que llego y me dicen que no hay TAPIOCA, que la están cocinando y que vuelva en 30 min o 1 hora. Se supone que deben de estar preparados para tener siempre. Es como ir a una taqueria y que no tengan tortillas. Las bebidas son muy buenas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy no hay tapioca negra y no me pueden vender la bebida de mi elección pero cuando pido otra bebida y pido tapioca me lo cobran como ingrediente extra; además de no poder entregar una bebida como smoothie cuando “originalmente” no es así. No son baratas las bebidas y no pueden entregar al gusto del cliente. Que decepción!!!
Today there is no black tapioca and they cannot sell me the drink of my choice but when I ask for another drink and I ask for tapioca they charge me as an extra ingredient; in addition to not being able to deliver a drink like a smoothie when "originally" it is not. The drinks are not cheap and they cannot deliver to the customer's taste. What a disappointment!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos una bebida de taro que no sabia a nada , era puro hielo.
Nos la dieron tan llena de hielo que al momento de cerrarla todo se derramaba tuvieron que tirar del contenido de la bebida ya preparada para que dejara de derramarse, la verdad nada recomendable.
Pagar casi 150 pesos para un vaso con hielo y agua...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores bubble tea están muy buenos y los puedes personalizar a tu gusto en cantidad de azúcar, hielo, etc. Tienen mucha variedad de sabores. Probé el maracoco y el sugar brown matcha están muy ricos.
