Realmente pienso que les falta más calidad en el servicio y atención al cliente. Deja muuucho que desear :(

M	Mack 666 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ primera y ultima vez, me atendieron como si yo fuese una molestia pedí mi bebida que siempre pido en otros sucursales y esta sabia mal sabia asquerosa eso no es lo que pido no la querían arreglar y cuando quería pedir otra nadie la querían hacer parecía que querían mejor seguir platicando también note que la sucursal estaba bastante sucia una muy mala experiencia la verdad First and last time, they treated me like I was a nuisance I ordered my drink that I always order in other branches and it tasted bad it tasted disgusting that's not what I asked for they didn't want to fix it and when I wanted to order another one nobody wanted to do it it seemed that they wanted better to continue talking I also noticed that the branch was quite dirty a very really bad experience

Por lo que se ve limitada la oferta de productos a los clientes que asistimos personalmente al establecimiento. I feel like there should be more staff, even though there was a girl, she was very fast and attentive, I like that they give you the tapiocas to try, which you can't get anywhere else, the staff was the best, I recommend the maracoco, which is delicious .

The drink is tasty and the girl left me a very happy message, perfect for my last day in Guadalajara. This is your basic shop, you select the temperature, type of drink and flavour, sugar (if you like more natural, go with 1, if you are confused like me, 2 has been perfect for the 3 flavours I have tried), ice, milk and toppings.
