Gong cha comenzó en Taiwan en el año de 1996 por dos grandes amigos, Huang y Wu. La peculiaridad de Gong cha era ofrecer un servicio personalizado con tés premium en una gran variedad de recetas innovadoras y deliciosas. Gong cha se convirtió en el lugar favorito de sus clientes y las noticias de la empresa comenzaron a extenderse de boca a boca. Sus productos de tan alta calidad fueron incrementando su popularidad y, en 2006, Huang y Wu crearon la marca Gong chay abrieron su primer tienda en la ciudad de Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Gong cha se ha convertido desde entonces en uno de los más conocidos proveedores de tés de alta calidad y ha florecido en todo el mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, nunca tienen tapioca negra. Se supone cierran a las 9 y desde el cuarto a la hora cierran el sistema para negarte el servicio.
Terrible, they never have black tapioca. They are supposed to close at 9 and from quarter to hour they close the system to deny you service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es lento. Dejan sola a la persona que prepara las bebidas y se vuelve lentísimo el servicio, aunque ella hace lo posible por apurarse pero pues solita es complicado. Las bebidas buenas. Prefiero Cassava Rots.
The service is slow. They leave the person who prepares the drinks alone and the service becomes very slow, although she does her best to hurry but it is complicated by herself. Good drinks. I prefer Cassava Rots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricas las bebidas sin embargo sólo tienen a una sola persona atendiendo y te hacen esperar demasiado tiempo para tu bebida. Hay una señora que sólo se dedica cobrar pero nada más está ahí pero ni siquiera sabe cobrar las bebidas Mejoren eso y de verdad que tendrán muchas más ventas y mejor servicio.
The drinks are very tasty, however they only have one person serving them and they make you wait too long for your drink. There is a lady who only charges but nothing else is there but she doesn't even know how to charge for drinks. Improve that and you will really have much more sales and better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gong Cha is definitely still the best boba available in Mexico City. 5 stars because the quality is excellent as always. Unfortunately, I spent 20+ mins walking around trying to find this location. Spoiler alert: it is located on the top floor “within” Liverpool, but actually faces the main hallway (see pics for reference) / entrance from within the mall.
I also ended up waiting another 15 mins waiting for my drink to get prepared (likely due to understaffing). Unfortunately the cashier system is tied to Liverpool so someone had to come and charge you through their system. (Sorry, no Gong Cha credits ?)
