It was the best tour of my life. I was completely in love with the explanations. He's very funny and made us laugh all the time. Other than that, I was delighted with the explanations. He knows everything about the local culture and gives wonderful tips. I loved every second. Do every day.

Was promised chichen tour with itinerary suggesting 1) English guide 2) 7AM to 7PM tour 3) Vegetarian food 4) comfortable AC bus with WiFi 5) cenote visit. But instead had the most horrible and horrifying experience. Was picked up at 7AM and was transferred to different buses 3 times. Finally was taken to playa del Carmen and merged with a group there. Even at 11AM we are still in Cancun/ Playa Del Carmen area and haven’t started to make way to Chichen Itza yet. As we finally make the move to Chichen, AC stops working and we got roasted in the bus until the trip ended. The guide, Augustin, didn’t care for the 13 English speaking tourists and constantly kept explaining things in Spanish even after multiple requests from me to explain in English as well. The cenote shown while marketing the tour vs the actual cenote we were taken to were completely different. The cenote where we were taken to didn’t even come close to what was advertised. Since they merged us with playa del Carmen group we had to first go there which is out of the way to drop off all people there first and by the time I was dropped off it was 10PM. So much for the 7PM drop off promise. All in all a very lousy experience. Stay away from this fraudulent tour company and stay away from lying agents like Dana who push such tours. Disgraceful!
