Terrible customer service, we did a tour to the Gdl Zoo, we went and separated and liquidated in a timely manner and they told us that they would add us to a group which did not happen, they sent messages to the two numbers they had in the publication and no They answered me, I dialed to ask and they didn't answer me, the girl was online and still she didn't answer me, I dialed her and she diverted the flames and then she blocked me outright, I already gave up everything. If possible, do not travel with this agency, terrible organization, they tell you one thing and then another and only confuse you, very bad customer service, they take a long time to respond to messages.
