★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te toman los datos, les indicas que requieres, se distraen con el celular, y al final les estás diciendo tu qué falta, y te agrgan el costo de lo que faltó, debería haber un jefe al cuál dirigirnos como clientes.
Terrible service, they take your data, you tell them what you need, they get distracted with the cell phone, and in the end you are telling them what is missing, and they add the cost of what was missing, there should be a boss to whom we can address ourselves as clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, NO LOS RECOMIENDO. Iniciando el buen fin 2020 fui por una cotización que días después me dijeron que ya no era válida. Aún estando en el buen fin, es un local que infla sus precios en el buen fin para no dar descuento.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Starting the good end of 2020 I went for a quote that days later they told me that it was no longer valid. Even being in the good end, it is a place that inflates its prices in the good end so as not to give a discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una cotización de 4 llantas y el supervisor me dió un precio de 1000 el cual era vigente la promoción al día 20-11-2020 y hoy 19 de noviembre regrese para comprar las 4 llantas no estaba el supervisor y me atendió una mujer la cual me dió un precio x llanta de $1600, le comenté y le enseñé un papelito en el cual el supervisor apunto la medida de la llanta el precio y fecha de la promoción y me dijo que se había equivocado al darme el precio solicite hablar con el supervisor y comento que hasta el sábado estaba x eso no tienen clientela está vacío.
Para que lo tomen en cuenta☹️
I asked for a quote for 4 tires and the supervisor gave me a price of 1000 which the promotion was valid as of 11-20-2020 and today, November 19, I returned to buy the 4 tires, the supervisor was not there and a woman attended me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , no tienen ni la herramienta ni la mas minima idea de lo que es una suspensión roscada con ajuste de altura, no la supieron instalar, su personal no tiene la experiencia suficiente.
Terrible service, they have neither the tool nor the slightest idea of what a threaded suspension with height adjustment is, they did not know how to install it, their staff does not have enough experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio fui el miércoles 17 de noviembre de 2020 (ya en el buen fin), por una cotización. Regreso 2 días después el 19 de noviembre y el precio de la llanta 195 había subido de 1,000 (aproximadamente por llanta) a 1,600 (aproximadamente por llanta). Subieron el precio en 2 días un 60%. Cuando les pedí que le respetarán el precio escrito que incluía de fecha hasta el 20 de noviembre, la cual el "supervisor" había escrito, en palabras de la señorita que me atendió. Se negaron a hacerlo, al cuestionar cuando podía ver a dicho supervisor dijo que no se encontraría hasta dentro de 2 días. Cuando por cierto se vencía el plazo que él había escrito en su nota.
