They are neophytes, they misplaced the rear springs, they used their own to go and buy spare parts and even though they do not care much for them. I never go back to that company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué la garantía "De por vida" para las llantas y cada vez que voy es una versión diferente y no quieren dar el servicio. Incluso dijeron que la promoción ya no aplica porque las van cambiando, aún cuando la siguen teniendo publicada. Siempre es un pleito para que cumplan, cobran diferente, a veces entregan comprobantes del servicio y a veces no.
I paid for the "Lifetime" warranty on the tires and every time I go it's a different version and they don't want to service it. They even said that the promotion no longer applies because they are changing them, even though they continue to have it published. It is always a lawsuit for them to comply, they charge differently, sometimes they deliver proof of service and sometimes they don't.
