Compré unos rines el cual salió mal uno de ellos tuve traerlo y perder tiempo otra semana me que sin refacción pues ellos no te ayudan a pesar que es el producto que te vendieron .
Cuando me quitaron la llanta desinflada por el defecto del rin se rompió el centrador
No tuvieron la cortesía de ofrecerme otro ellos no pierden que pierda el cliente
Bueno creo que no involucró a las personas que atienden ellos son muy amables pero las políticas del servicio malas.

I bought some wheels and one of them went wrong, I had to bring it and lose time for another week without a replacement because they do not help you even though it is the product they sold you.
When they removed my flat tire due to the defect in the rim, the centering device broke.
They did not have the courtesy to offer me another, they do not lose that the client loses
Well I think it did not involve the people who serve, they are very friendly but the service policies are bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les recomiendo que compren sus artículos en tiendas de mayor prestigio, o al menos que tengan claro lo que significa atención al cliente. Cero recomendable este lugar, si compran algún artículo y después tienen problemas denlo por perdido, nadie de ellos se hará responsable. Yo perdí una llanta que me vendieron en 1600 y a los 8 días se voló, afortunadamente la encontré en Walmart a un costo menor (1200) y me ha funcionado muy bien. Haciendo cuentas por lo que pague allí por 4 llantas, me hubiese salido más barato comprarlas en Walmart y colocarlas en cualquier vulcanizadora.
I recommend that you buy your items in more prestigious stores, or at least that they are clear about what customer service means. Zero recommended this place, if they buy an item and then have problems, write it off, none of them will be responsible. I lost a tire that was sold to me in 1600 and after 8 days it blew out, fortunately I found it at Walmart at a lower cost (1200) and it has worked very well for me. Taking into account what I paid there for 4 tires, it would have been cheaper for me to buy them at Walmart and place them in any vulcanizer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues fui un día a preguntar y me hicieron revisión y presupuesto y me atendieron bien , como a los dos días fui a que me hicieran el trabajo pero no todo lo que ellos me habían puesto en la revisión solo un cambio de una pieza y yo llevé mi propia pieza y ahí ya como que andaban a las prisas y un poco de malas pero en general el trabajo hasta ahorita quedó bien ya tiene dos semanas que me lo hicieron
