Las gorditas son de maíz quebrado y le puedes colocar los guisos que tu quieras.
La salsa bastante rica así como tiene refrescos fríos para acompañar la comida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son excelentes, pero siempre se tardan siglos en sacar los pedidos y más cuando la gente solicita pedidos grandes. Vaya con la idea de esperar 30 minutos antes de poder comer. Las últimas 2 veces que he venido a Querétaro así ha sido. Sin embargo, son tan ricas que valen la pena la espera.
They're great, but they always take ages to get orders out and longer when people order big ones. Go with the idea of waiting 30 minutes before you can eat. The last 2 times that I have come to Querétaro it has been like this. However, they are so delicious that they are worth the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was walking by this tiny place, saw them frying the dough and filling the shells to order, saw what appeared to be only locals inside, continued to walk past, realized I was making a mistake, and turned around and went back and ate an amazing, amazing meal. Go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious gorditas since they deep fry the dough with pork fat together. You have some variety for which meat or cooked vegetable you want to put in. It gives you a great experience sitting on chairs with a bunch of other people asking for more gorditas. Another pleasure of eating here would be watching the senoras making those delish gorditas for ya:)
