★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años que no vivo en Chiapas, y este lugar hasta hoy había sido una de mis paradas en cada visita, pero la decepción en mi servicio de hoy fue intolerable.. emocionadamente pedimos gorditas para comer, desafortunadamente a mi mamá le salió un cabello en su comida, lo peor de todo no fue la evidente mala higiene en los alimentos si no la actitud del personal, le indicamos del incidente y lo único que hizo la chica fue preguntarnos dónde habíamos dejado el cabello, mi mamá estaba tan asqueada ? por la situación que solo pedimos la cuenta, yo dejé inmediatamente la comida debido a la situación y la chica únicamente se molestó pensando que estábamos mintiendo, creo que nadie dejaría una comida sin tocar sin razón coherente alguna, pagamos la cuenta y dejamos la comida a medias, no me mal entiendan comprendo que los incidentes pasan, …no lo justifico pero lo comprendo, lo que no puedo comprender es la actitud ante la situación.
I haven't lived in Chiapas for a few years, and this place until today had been one of my stops on every visit, but the disappointment in my service today was intolerable... we excitedly ordered gorditas to eat, unfortunately my mom got a hair in her food, the worst of all was not the obvious bad hygiene in the food but the attitude of the staff, we told her about the incident and the only thing the girl did was ask us where we had left the hair, my mom was so disgusted ? by the situation that we only ask for the bill, I immediately left the food because of the situation and the girl only got upset thinking that we were lying, I think that nobody would leave a food without touching without any coherent reason, we paid the bill and left the food half , don't misunderstand me, I understand that incidents happen, … I don't justify it but I understand it, what I can't understand is the attitude towards the situation.
