★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorditas Doña Chayo es un sabroso lugar para desayuno tipo escolar o si vas de trabajo y no tienes mucho tiempo. Como su nombre lo dice, las gorditas son su fuerte y mis preferidas son las de chicharrón, costillitas y papas con chorizo. No olvidemos ella salsa con chile de tomate totalmente casera y el cafecito de olla para acompañar. Sin duda muy tradicionales las gorditas de este lugar. El lugar parece improvisado a un lado de un invernadero pero eso le da un toque especial. Le faltan algunos servicios y por eso no le doy 5 estrellas.
 Gorditas Doña Chayo is a tasty place for school breakfast or if you go to work and don't have much time. As the name says, gorditas are his forte and my favorites are those of pork rinds, ribs and potatoes with sausage. Let's not forget her sauce with totally homemade tomato chili and the coffee pot to accompany. Undoubtedly very traditional gorditas of this place. The place seems improvised next to a greenhouse but that gives it a special touch. He lacks some services and that's why I don't give him 5 stars.
