Les sugiero que vayan con tiempo, y tengan paciencia al hacer su pedido, yo, procuro llevar mi listita ya hecha con lo q voy a pedir de gorditas con mi nombre en la parte superior derecha para agilizar el proceso. Les comparto 1 tip, si las gorditas las van a pedir para llevar y NO las van a comer de"inmediato " pídanlas FRÍAS y así cuando las calienten en casa, tendrán 1 textura consistente y no aguada. (Anexo foto del menú de cuaresma) This place has different stews, however I recommend the specialty of the house, the "combined" that have beans with cheese, potatoes and rajas, are very good, accompanied by the green sauce that they make there. I suggest that you go early, and be patient when placing your order, I try to bring my list already made with what I am going to order from gorditas with my name in the upper right part to speed up the process. I share 1 tip, if the gorditas are going to be ordered to take away and they are NOT going to eat them "immediately" ask them COLD and so when they are heated at home, they will have a consistent texture and not watery.
