★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el típico lugar al que solo puedes llegar con alguno de los iniciados porque no maneja publicidad ni está a la vista su local.
Cuando te invitan a los "pisotones de huevo" nunca imaginas que lo que suena a broma sea una de las cosas más ricas que vas a comer en tu vida.
La preparación de todo lo que disfrutes ahí es muy especial ya que en el interior del horno las cosas se cuecen en comal de barro, en el de piedra o en las brasas.
Todo es súper recomendable y querrás haber ido con el estómago vacío para probar todo.
Los ingredientes son frescos y de la localidad.
Si es desayuno, puedes pedir té de canela y convertirlo fácilmente en café de olla.
Espero pronto regresar por más "pisotones de huevo"
