★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy de la frontera y allá son muy conocidas estás gorditas, cuando vi que pusieron sucursal en puebla fui pero me llevé gran decepción, los guisos sin duda saben igual pero porque tienen las gorditas ya congeladas y en el refrigerador??? Saben horrible , no quedan suaves y saben mucho a cal o preservador no se qué les ponen , porque no está una persona haciendo las gorditas ,recién hechas ,recién salidas como en una sucursal normal? Porque si en puebla lo que sobra es maíz ,las hacen con maseca? Deberían de aprovechar el maíz de aquí para tener un mejor sabor. Lo siento no, no. Esas tortillas ( gorditas) están duras y resecas por más que las calienten y aún cuando se aguaden con los guisos, no tiene la consistencia de una gordita del norte
I'm from the border and there these gorditas are well known, when I saw that they put a branch in Puebla I went but I was very disappointed, the stews certainly taste the same but why do they have the gorditas already frozen and in the refrigerator??? They taste horrible, they are not soft and they taste a lot like lime or preservative, I don't know what they put on them, why isn't a person making the gorditas, freshly made, freshly left as in a normal branch? Because if what is left over in Puebla is corn, do they make them with maseca? They should take advantage of the corn from here to have a better flavor. I'm sorry, no, no. Those tortillas (gorditas) are hard and dry no matter how hot they are and even when they get watery with the stews, they do not have the consistency of a gordita from the north

No son tan buenas como las de tampico, pero si voy a regresar.
It lacks a bit of flavor. But my favorites are the one with nopales, green egg and pork rinds.
They are not as good as the ones in Tampico, but I am going to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del personal es bastante buena, muy amables y atentos, tardan un poco en salir las gorditas pero son muy ricas, una variedad grande de guisos, venden gorditas dulces y café vario para el postre. Recomiendo el paquete de $50 pesos, te dan dos gorditas clásicas, arroz, frijoles y agua de refil.
The attention from the staff is pretty good, very friendly and attentive, take a while to leave the gorditas but are very rich, a large variety of stews, sweet gorditas and sell various coffee for dessert. I recommend the package $ 50 pesos, give two classic plump, rice, beans and water refil.
