Le faltaba higiene al área de mesas Se ordeno 4 de harina de las 9 del combo, sirvieron lo que quisieron 9 de harina. El cajero se baja el cubre boca al atender. Con la pena pero no creo volver. No sé si ella tiene el beneficio de después recuperar ese excedente haciendo combo los pedidos por separado y así llevarse una ganancia, pero de cualquier forma está mal que no le informen al cliente que es mejor el combo. A fin de cuentas a la empresa le beneficiaría porque el cliente se va más contento y con la sensación de que se ahorró dinero. Aparte el servicio es muy lento. Había dejado de comprar en Doña Total porque el servicio es muy lento pero definitivamente ya no vuelvo viendo estas malas prácticas y mala atención al cliente. D	Daniel Gonzalez Escobar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido con los demas comensales , no tienen la capacidad para recibir tanta carga en horas pico , la señorita cajera tambien es la que ayuda en la coccion de la comida por ende esta sobrepresionada , hace falta coordinación y personal , el mal caracter se deriva de la misma presión y carga de trabajo para las pocas personas , aunado a los pedidos de delivery es brutal en horas pico la espera , los clientes prefieren retirarse.
