Todos muy ecológico, tratando de cuidar lo más el medio ambiente. Las de harina son integrales con rico sabor de la masa y los guisos. También las de maíz muy rica la masa. Quedamos pendientes en probar las de relleno dulce. Súper recomendadas! Great place, full of culture and art. The very rich gorditas, the coffee too and the VERY spicy sauce. All very ecological, trying to take care of the environment as much as possible. The flour ones are wholemeal with the rich flavor of the dough and the stews. Also the corn dough is very rich.
