Especialmente recomendables las de chicharrón o de huitlacoche aunque todas están muy sabrosas. Puedes acompañar tus gorditas con un sabroso café de olla o con algún refresco regional. Son de los puestos que están abiertos más temprano en Bernal, pues todo en el centro abre entre las 9:30 y 11:00 am.
 Very well attended by its owners. Rich gorditas with cheese or with "migaja" (minced carnitas). The pork rinds or huitlacoche are especially recommended, although they are all very tasty. You can accompany your gorditas with a tasty pot coffee or with a regional soft drink. They are one of the positions that are open earlier in Bernal, since everything in the center opens between 9:30 and 11:00 am.
