Recomendable probar: papa con queso (mole, excelente opción) y chicharrón con queso (salsa verde, excelente opción).
Hay que esperar un poco por la demanda, pero al primer bocado entenderán por qué vale la pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conozco a la Güera y a don Roger, sin olvidar a la comadre, desde 1988 que fuí a la prepa 2. Desde entonces es parada obligatoria cuando visito la Ciudad de México.
Gorditas de chicharrón o de papá con queso, quesadillas sencillas o combinada y como olvidar los huaraches combinados. Tacos dorados o suaves siempre bien acompañados de crema y salsa.
El servicio siempre cordial y atento de sus dueños. Altamente recomendable todo lo que ofrecen.
I have known La Güera and Don Roger, without forgetting the comadre, since 1988 when I went to high school 2. Since then it has been a mandatory stop when I visit Mexico City.
Pork rinds or dad's gorditas with cheese, simple or combined quesadillas and how to forget the combined huaraches. Golden or soft tacos always well accompanied by cream and sauce.
The always cordial and attentive service of its owners. Highly recommend everything they offer.
