★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las mejores que he probado, quisiera haber tenido mas tiempo en Guanajuato para hacer probado mas variedad. Pero es un punto a llegar que no debes de saltarte si tienes oportunidad.
 The best I have tried, I wish I had more time in Guanajuato to try more variety. But it is a point to reach that you should not skip if you have the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliciosas gorditas rellenas de variedad de guisados. Recomiendo las de (chicharrón) prensado con queso. Abren desde temprano así que se puede venir a desayunar.
El servicio es muy rápido.
Delicious gorditas stuffed with a variety of stews. I recommend those of (pork rinds) pressed with cheese. They open early so you can come for breakfast.
The service is very fast.

I came to this place because of the recommendations that I read here and they are not wrong, the gorditas and Quesadillas are really delicious, the service is super fast and they taste great, it is worth it for that street appetizer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best quesadillas I found in Guanajuato! They have a wonderful selection of stewed meats to add. Since I don’t eat meat I preferred the huevos, which they stew with chilis, making a rich color and flavor. I came here every couple of days for the month I was in gto. Miss them already!
