★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes a mi consideración las mejores de Aguascalientes, puedes encontrar gorditas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas y por plato chico y grande, los guisados son constantes (chicharrón verde y rojo, papas, rajas, picadillo, huevo arroz, nopales) pero por día hacen uno diferente (lengua, mole verde, mole rojo) , super recomendables y mis favoritas chicharrón con rajas, chicharrón verde con queso y mole verde con queso también las gorditas hay en dos tamaños chicas y grandes.
Excellent to my consideration the best of Aguascalientes, you can find gorditas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas and for small and large plate, the stews are constant (green and red chicharrón, potatoes, rajas, picadillo, rice egg, nopales) but by day they do a different (language, green mole, red mole), super recommended and my favorite cracklings with rajas, green rinds with cheese and green mole with cheese gorditas there are also two large and small sizes.

It might seem a bit expensive, but for the size of the gorditas and quesadillas, and the rich flavor of the food, I assure you they are well worth it. ;-)
