★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La masa no se siente tan quebrada, lo cual se agradece, la consistencia es doradita pero suave a la vez, lo que la hace más disfrutable, las salsas picositas pero comibles y de buen sabor, los guisados aunque pocos de buen sazón. Recomiendo el chicharrón verde con queso o requesón o si lo prefieres sólo.
The dough does not feel so broken, which is appreciated, the consistency is golden but soft at the same time, which makes it more enjoyable, the sauces are spicy but edible and have a good flavor, the stews, although few, have good flavor. I recommend the green chicharrón with cheese or cottage cheese or if you prefer it alone.
