La masa de maíz es preparada con harina y las rellenan ya sea de queso o de migas o igual puedes pedirla combinada a mucha gente les gustan si están muy bien servidas para quienes les gusten este tipo de gordas te las acompañan de nopales o guacamole o igual puedes elegir los dos
