Very bad service, it takes a long time to attend to the people who are at the table. The behavior of the waitress is terrible. Be careful if you want to have breakfast in this place. I better go to the barbecue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen sazón en los guisos, sobe todo un mole que sí es mole y salsitas picantes y de buen sabor en los chicharrones. Venden gorditas de tamaño mediano y delgaditas, también quesadillas fritas crujientes con guisado, tanto grandes como chicas.
A sus salsas de acompañamiento les falta un poco de sabor y consistencia, el queso no es tan bueno y las bebidas están limitadas a refrescos y agua de horchata (un poco mala), aunque te pueden llevar jugos de negocios vecinos.
Good seasoning in the stews, especially a mole that is mole and spicy and good-tasting sauces in the pork rinds. They sell medium and thin gorditas, also crispy fried quesadillas with stew, both large and small.
Their side sauces lack a bit of flavor and consistency, the cheese is not that good, and the drinks are limited to soda and horchata water (a bit bad), although juices can be brought from neighboring businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen sabor en los alimentos solo tardan bastante en el servicio de comedor y Tener los guisados en temperatura ya que solo está caliente la gordita o quesadilla pero el guiso esta ya frío.
Good flavor in the food only takes a long time in the dining room service and have the stews at temperature since only the gordita or quesadilla is hot but the stew is already cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are in the best in town category. Typical mom & pop place, doesn't get any more local than this. Home-made, granma style fresh food and good quality ingredients. You can see them cooking the fillings/dishes daily. The place is clean, well run and popular which means that most times you Will have to wait a bit to get served, specially from 10-noon. Recently they expanded their hours and serve until 1pm or so. Their potatoes and pork-chunks in red sauce with some guacamole salsa are to die for. If you are up for a treat and not calorie conscious, go with the deep fried quesadilla.
