I understand the nostalgia of having a very humble position to what it has become today, but I will give my opinion. I ordered 3 corn gorditas, for me they always have to be hard, these were not, the base of the gordita was very thick, the kind that you have to chew a lot. As it has a lot of dough and is made with oil and cooled a little rubbery. That prevented me from enjoying the stew because I didn't like the consistency at all, so I don't know how good the stew is. There are 2 sauces, one green and one red, neither of them is hot or has a characteristic flavor that you can remember. The best chilitos in maggy or soy sauce. The price is good, they are quite big, if you don't eat much with 2 full. But if you want something tasty there are other options that I would prefer before these. There are so many people who love them, I don't know how I mentioned that it was only this time. I clarify what I ate there, fresh from the comal, since sometimes they get cold during the transfer.
