The comal is always full of gorditas turned corn and tortillas. It was a great experience to eat there because of the good flavor, with just the right touch of fat and the cooking of the gorditas. The martajada sauce is fabulous and spicy. I particularly recommend the rib and the hard pork rind, both tasty and with the right heat, but also the shredded and the slices have their own thing. In addition to the gorditas, they sell regular food during the week and on weekends they offer pozole on Saturdays and menudo on Sundays. The prices are very low and the collaboration of six women in kitchen and service and the gentleman of the box, build an environment of kindness and good treatment around a very good meal.
