★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sabor, muy parecido al de Chihuahua, las gorditas de harina son auténticas a las de Chihuahua obviamente los guisados son diferentes pero el Asado estilo Chihuahua tiene un sabor muy parecido al original aunque la final un poco diferente, la atención e higiene del local son buenas, y el tiempo de espera es el razonable debido a que siempre hay mucha gente, el trato del personal es muy amable y atento, quizá necesiten un par de personas más para agilizar la atención a las mesas, de ahí en más considero mi experiencia muy buena, y definitivamente volveré a ir muy pronto.
Excellent flavor, very similar to that of Chihuahua, the chubby flour is authentic to those of Chihuahua obviously the stews are different but the Chihuahua-style Roast has a taste very similar to the original although the final a little different, the attention and hygiene of the place are Good, and the waiting time is reasonable because there are always a lot of people, the treatment of the staff is very friendly and attentive, they may need a couple more people to speed up the attention to the tables, hence in more I consider my experience Very good, and I will definitely go again very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejores lugares a los que he ido en Aguascalientes, deliciosas las gorditas de harina y los burritos (aunque están demasiado grandes y con uno tienes), excelente atención y servicio por parte del personal, lugar bastante limpio, pero siempre está muy lleno así que se debe de llegar temprano. Recomiendo el chicharrón verde.
One of the best places I've been in Aguascalientes, delicious gorditas flour and burritos (although they are too big and one got), excellent service and attention from the staff, place pretty clean, but it is always very busy so you should get there early. I recommend the green rinds.
