Regresaré. I like the Edificio de los Reyes better, but the attention, the taste and the price seemed good to me, plus it's closer to where I live, it's in Tizayuca. I'll be back.

Jamás nos dieron mesa,la mesera nunca se presentó ni realizó sugerencias,solo se limito a dejar la carta.Les cuento lo que me pasó. Ordenamos una sopa de tortilla que estaba espesa,un Rib eye muy chicloso,una arrachera con demasiada pimienta y con guarniciones sin sazón (nopal y cebollas cambray con rabo).La mesera solo nos llevo los platos jamás nos explico los platillos.El café y el postre strudel de manzana es lo único rescatable,quizá fue un mal día,pero un restaurante de esa talla no puede bajar la guardia en sus primeros meses.Hace falta personal de experiencia así como un capitán o gerente que siga la secuencia de servicio ya que el lugar es muy ameno y limpió. Espero que con estos comentarios se retroalimenten y la próxima vez que los visitemos hayan mejorado su experiencia en servicio. February 7, 2022. Bad experience in terms of food that goes hand in hand with a null reception in addition to music out of place. They never gave us a table, the waitress never showed up or made suggestions, she just left the menu. I'll tell you what happened to me. We ordered a thick tortilla soup, a very chewy Rib eye, a flank steak with too much pepper and unseasoned garnishes (nopal and cambray onions with tail). The waitress only brought us the dishes, she never explained the dishes to us. The coffee and the apple strudel dessert is the only redeeming feature, perhaps it was a bad day, but a restaurant of this size cannot lower its guard in its first few months. Experienced personnel are needed, as well as a captain or manager who follows the service sequence that the place is very nice and clean. I hope that with these comments they provide feedback and the next time we visit them they have improved their service experience.

Jugos, fruta, enchiladas de mole muy bien, excepto un platillo, los huevos con machaca, insipidos, jitomate inmaduro, frijoles resecos y la machaca no es perceptible ni en sabor ni físicamente. Espero mejoren éste platillo. The service, hygiene and attention all good. Juices, fruit, mole enchiladas very well, except for one dish, the eggs with machaca, tasteless, immature tomato, dry beans and the machaca is not perceptible neither in flavor nor physically. I hope they improve this dish.
