You can not enjoy the fat if the stews are salty, they should lower the salt, good service and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved these GORDOTAS! We ordered the rajas con queso, deshebrada, and the chicharrón con chile verde. They were all so packed with flavor and had a generous amount of filling. The only constructive criticism we would add is that the masa was just a little too thick. It would be great if they could make the masa a little thinner next time.
By the way, these are HUGE, and 1 would be plenty for one person.
The place is new and clean. You should definitely check it out!
