Las primeras que me hicieron quedaron increíbles, por lo que decidí mandar a hacer otro tiraje largo confiando en que iba a tener el mismo resultado. Me entregaron dos gorras mal bordadas, por lo que les dije que les iba a retirar el hilo para no perderlas y me las volvieran a bordar; hice otra inversión grande (pedí 12 gorras más que además me cobraron por adelantado) y resulta que me volvieron a entregar otras dos gorras mal bordadas. Supuestamente me iban a recuperar las gorras (porque baratitas no salieron), y ya pasó casi un año y nada. Me dicen que ya no bordan y que no han tenido pedido de Yupoong. Les pedí que entonces me compartieran el ponchado por el que ya había pagado, para mandarlas a hacer a otro lugar, y para variar sólo me dan largas. Qué lástima que un lugar que tenía potencial y yo que ya me consideraba clienta, me hayan dejado así colgada. Y eso sin contar todas las veces que me ha dejado en visto o sólo me da el avión. Un servicio que deja mucho que desear.
I was having caps made with my logo, they were Yupoong. The first ones they did for me were incredible, so I decided to have another long run done, trusting that it would have the same result. They gave me two badly embroidered caps, so I told them that I was going to remove the thread so as not to lose them and they would embroider them again; I made another big investment (I ordered 12 more caps that they also charged me in advance) and it turns out that they delivered another two poorly embroidered caps. Supposedly they were going to get my caps back (because they didn't come out cheap), and almost a year has passed and nothing. They tell me that they no longer embroider and that they have not had a request from Yupoong. I then asked them to share with me the strikeout for which I had already paid, so I could send it to another place, and for a change they just put me off. What a pity that a place that had potential and I who already considered myself a client, have left me hanging like this. And that's not counting all the times he's left me unseen or just gives me the plane. A service that leaves much to be desired.
