The other, an arrogant security guard on a bicycle saying that you can't park in a place when there isn't a single sign telling visitors anything. That if Mr rude and still said that we better not visit that park anymore. And to close... women's bathroom in the museum only 1 the others out of service, impressive row. Disappointing impression and waste of my family time in that place. Authority get your batteries

IF YOU WANT THEM TO SEE YOUR FACE DO NOT READ THIS OPINION. 1-.To begin with, a reservation was made for which they charged us 500 to reserve said reservation, when we arrived they told us that a person had a reservation at the same time and they made us wait. Which should not have happened because WE ALREADY HAD A RESERVATION two--. The suit and the masks were totally disgusting and even broken, in fact they say that they give it to you, BUT IT IS TOTALLY FALSE 3-. A package with 400 bullets was rented, but in reality they scam you because, during the game they give you approximately 100 bullets but if you don't finish them they fill them up again and it counts as if they were another 100 and in the end they end up scamming you with bullets Experience 4/10

disappointing :c I went to the Parque Bicentenario branch with a reservation and, upon arriving at the place, they mentioned that they already had a reservation at the same time and that if we didn't want to be together we would have to wait. This does not seem right to me because when we booked they told us that they did not join us with another group and that for the same reason the reservation was made, in the end, we waited around 30 minutes. Also, they told us that the masks had to be delivered wrapped up but they are only delivered to you half wet so you don't know if they are actually disinfected. Later, they gave us equipment that was totally in poor condition, they were broken. One of the overalls had a completely broken leg. In addition, the masks are already very scratched and some have cracks so you can't see very well. Also, the part of the gun where you put the pellets was broken and it falls off very easily, so it's very easy to lose a lot of bullets like that. On the other hand, they took me out before I ran out of bullets and according to how they were added, but that is questionable since the second time I went in, when I was supposed to have more bullets, they ran out right away. According to them, they know whose gun it is so that the remaining bullets return to you, but the third time I entered they didn't give me mine haha.
