★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero compartirles mi opinion sobre el mal servicio de esta disque empresa, su servicio es pesimo, les muestro esta imagen de la medicion de mi conexion, la cual contratamos 40 megas y solo llegan 5, en ocasiones 2, por lo general llamo a los telefonos y solo dicen que falla general, domingos esta cerrado y no atienden, si ya de por si telemex es un asco, este es peor, NO CONTRATEN, es un dolor de cabeza aparte que les vale que uno les diga que el servicio no esta bien, al menos como a mi no me hacen caso metere queja en IFT ya que en mexico al parecer uno contrata un servicio y te dan lo que se les antoja y no hay quien los regule correctamente y los sancione por su publicidad engañosa y su pesimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Q mal servicio cuando vinieron a conectar un hombres portó muy bien y fue el técnico q instaló el.otro q era chófer hasta lontegaño porq según no se apuraba, luego NO.me llega RECIBO , voy a pagar a Tterranova y resulta q el letrero dice q atienden has ta las 12:30,. Regreso y esta cerrado msrco psra saber como puedo hacer mi pago dice la mujr q me dice la mujer q me va a enviar un num. Pero q tengo q hablar ufff q mala experiencia creo tendré que TENDRÉ Q CANCELAR
