Mal servicio, atención lenta, burócratas con bajos ido nivel de preparación técnica y ya ni se diga de cortesía. Quien sabe a donde se va tanto dinero que recaudan en impuestos... aun usan métodos arcaicos para organizar y atender a la gente y encima te ponen cualquier pretexto para desatenderte. Eficiencia es algo que no se ve por aca pese a que se jactan de ello en las páginas oficiales. Unfortunately it leaves much to be desired to carry out procedures in this place. Bad service, slow attention, bureaucrats with low level of technical preparation and no longer say courtesy. Who knows where so much money goes that they collect in taxes ... they still use archaic methods to organize and serve people and they put up any pretext to disregard you. Efficiency is something that is not seen here even though they boast about it in the official pages.

Se puede solicitar una hoja donde están los documentos que necesitas en la entrada a sefiplan. Y ahora para poder acceder a un trámite tienes que sacar cita en línea. Y aunado a todo es sin ventilación, todos nos estamos asando adentro. The place is falling apart and the service at COFEPRIS is terrible. Taxi drivers charge too much, are frequently not available outside restaurants, and no credit cards accepted. Cancun is losing so much money from tourists who refuse to leave the hotel because travel is such a hassle.
