★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El problema es cuando se pierde el papel que mandas, ellos reciben y después dicen que ya no lo tienen que se fue a la basura y pues creo que nadie haría eso ya que es papel nuevo. Además porque harías eso sin decir a tu cliente ? realmente no lo entiendo y todavía ni una disculpa ni nada.
The problem is when the paper you send is lost, they receive and then say they no longer have it because they went to waste and I think nobody would do that since it is new paper. Also because you would do that without telling your client ? I really don't understand it and still not an apology or anything.
