If I could give this place a -10 i would. I am currently checking out and this is a complete scam. Came for a family vacation the food was TERRIBLE ordered food off resort because it was so bad, the alcoholic drinks were watered down. I requested a romantic dinner and they scammed me out of my money for not even giving the food that was with my request and would not let me leave the hotel unless I paid for it. They are a cheap and dirty place. Toilet barely worked, floor in bathroom were not clean, always begging for tips even on excursion when your tip is included that’s why it’s ALL INCLUSIVE!! I will never return, please if you are traveling with family do not come here. They are just disorganized and money hungry! I’m currently late for my to the airport because of the LACK of organization!

It was my fiancé’s and I first time in Cancun and we loved it!! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were wonderful. We had a beachfront room and the views were incredible. The pool beach party over the weekend… AMAZING! We also booked a romantic package and the lobster dinner, best dinner we’ve ever had and we came back to our room with romantic decor. Room service was also another fantastic experience. Everything we ordered was very fresh and tasted great! Couple downsides would be only having alcohol from 11am-11pm, and having to make reservations a day in advanced (we were forced to eat at the buffet the first night, which was good, but we were hoping for something else). Overall, great experience, great time, great staff! We will be back ?

It was a beautiful, relaxing vacation. The staff was lovely and did everything they could to make the stay amazing. We did have trouble with the AC in our room, when we first got there it was 18° and wouldn't turn up. It was frigid. Maintenance came and thought they fixed it, and it went up to 22°. That was great. After they left, though, it went to 24° and wouldn't turn down. Easier to deal with, though. They tried to fix that again so we could alter it, but no joy. We left it alone, as both of us could handle slightly warmer easier than way too cold. The food was all right. Not fabulous, but not awful, and even this picky eater was content. The drinks were a bit weak, but again, nt a big deal. The spa was amazing! Our couples massage was such a treat. Thanks for the lovely time and the hard working and friendly staff.

Good: The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The facilities are very clean. Had no complaints in that area. Bad: No beach, recent storms have taken the whole beach away. Pictures are not accurate. The food is horrible! I stayed in a lot of resorts in the same area and other Caribbean islands, and this had the worst food by far. Honestly the only thing good was breakfast and the snack bar Pizzas (made on a brick oven). Everything else is pretty bad. We ended up having to go out for food.

It's nice. Everyone from the staff have been great, very friendly. The foods I've eaten have all been good. Our room is great. It's comfortable, clean & has been quiet while we've been in it. The pool areas are nice. There really isn't a beach, I'm not sure if it's from erosion, but there really isn't space to put out chairs & relax without being in the water. I don't know if it's normal for mid April, but there is a lot of weeds washing up.

I have been to many all-inclusive resort. I would rate this as a 3.5 star hotel. The best thing at this location was the hotel staff. very friendly, helped in any way possible. Also this location has a covid testing center in case you need to enter back to USA. Cons: Worst food. there was only one restaurant with decent food, rest all were very basic and not all-inclusive quality. I guess you get what you pay for. We also ordered a birthday cake and they later told us that they misplace our order. Alcohol is not top shelf or good brands. The cocktails are not good. The rooms are very old and stinking. The bathrooms are newly renovated which I was very happy with. Also the worst thing they don't have a beach, it washed away in the hurricane.

Pros: Rooms we’re beautiful. Updated and had balconies over looking the ocean. The buffet was actually really good! The women cooking the omelets deserves a raise. The shows at night were great. So was the live music in the lobby at nighttime. And then bar tenders are awesome. Cons: You can only get alcohol from 11am-11pm. The pool bar closes early, around 5pm. The oriental restaurant was actually disgusting. You have to reserve the special restaurants 24 hours in advance so don’t expect to eat at one on your first night. The beach is pretty much gone which is very unfortunate. And there’s basically no food available between 5-6pm since the pizza place closed earlier than expected.

Stayed here with the wife mid Feb 2022. The staff and hotel is great. Mr. Orange in Marco Polo made every meal amazing, would highly recommend requesting him. Room was clean and the staff goes out of their way to make you fell safe if that is a concern for you. Food is not great not bad. You will read a lot of reviews saying its terrible. Those are people who are just being difficult, if you can't find something to eat grow up. Bottom line is they have to turn a profit so food quality will suffer. If food matters to you pay an additional $2000 somewhere else in the area. If you want a great trip for a great price this is the place for you. The one really bad thing is the loudness of the room. You can literally here your neighbors clear as day. Was hard to sleep when at 1am the night club shuttle drops off the drunks. They would of gotten 5 stars if not for that. Was a great trip for a great value.
