S	Sira Luza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó su servicio al cliente son muy amables y el material que usaron para las fotos esta bien, aunque un poco caro, no me gustó que no tenían un lugar específico para tomar las fotos el día del evento y las tomaron con cualquier fondo de pared, creo que pudo ser mejor, más profesional y otro detalle es que no cumplieron con la fecha que prometieron entregar tardaron dos meses mas. I liked their customer service they are very friendly and the material they used for the photos is good, although a bit expensive, I did not like that they did not have a specific place to take the photos on the day of the event and they took them with any wall background , I think it could be better, more professional and another detail is that they did not meet the date they promised to deliver, it took two more months.

De las 4 veces que trate de contactarlos solo para tomarme las fotografías, solo una vez me atendieron y no pudieron sacarlas porque la chava que estaba ahí no servía ni para dar informacion... mucho menos supo usar una cámara. No pierda su tiempo en un servicio tan pero tan malo... Incluso no contestan los WhatsApp, al parecer se los cobran por letra. Worst service graduations have been lucky enough to find. P	Princess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores en cancun, los cotratamos mis compañeros y yo para las fotos de graduacion, todo el tiempo nos dieron opciones ya sea para agendar la session de fotos o para mejorar nuestros paquetes, en lo personal tuve que hacer algunos cambios y siempre estuvieron disponibles y nos atendieron de la major manera, si es algo tardado la entrega de fotos pero se entiende por la cantidad de trabajo que tienen, la verdad es que estoy super agradecida y encantada con el servicio de cada uno de los fotografos y de las recepcionistas, muchas gracias a todos. Mi universidad los contrato para tomar las fotografías de nuestra graduación y compramos los paquetes de fotos pero realmente no lo vale para empezar ellos decidian el día y la hora en la que nos podían tomar las fotos y si alguien faltaba no nos tomaban las fotos, tienen precios distintos en sus catálogos por lo que unos pagamos mas y otros menos, y no respetaron nada las fotos que eligió no son las que me entregaron el día que me dieron cita para ir por ellas, sin mencionar que no encontraban mis datos y mis fotos. Tarde alrededor de 2 meses después del día que me dieron de cita para que entregaran mis fotos.
