Después de tres meses recibo noticias del anillo. Pésimo servicio, para nada recomiendo GRABARTE. Ojo, nada tiene que ver si laboré o no, que ese es otro tema y por supuesto que me guardé mis opiniones por Ética profesional, pero como cliente, esto es un atropello. Anexo evidencia y LA NOTA QUE DICE PAGADO. En ningún momento dice abono, y si no lo había liquidado en ese momento me lo hubieran notificado. El sfatt súper informal, no cumplió con el lugar establecido desde un principio y tampoco se nos avisó, luego cuando se intento buscar una solución está nos quiso dar lugares que no se acercaban ni remotamente a lo que se nos prometio desde un principio. El día de la sesión nos cambiaron el horario y además llegaron tarde, el lugar se entraba sucio y durante toda la sesión fueron GROSEROS y su actitud dejó mucho que desear. Referente a las fotografías el trabajo que nos entregaron fue terrible ya que todas las fotos se encontraban descuadradas y la iluminación era pésima. Cosa que cuando iban a ser reveladas no pasaron el control de calidad evidentemente a lo que nos dicen que nuestro paquete no iba a ser entregado completo por la mala calidad. Cuando se intento contactar e informarle de la situación a la gerente esta fue súper grosera y no asistió a la cita programaba y dándonos la excusa de que se le olvidó y después de hablar un rato con ella la cual jamás fue capaz de pedir una disculpa y ni otorgar otra cita. Hasta el día de hoy aún no tengo respuesta de ella, ni la fecha en la cual terminará de entregar los paquetes faltantes. Terrible service and communication from the Grabarte Mérida branch. The day of the session they changed our schedule and they also arrived late, the place was dirty and throughout the session they were RUDE and their attitude left much to be desired. Regarding the photographs, the work they gave us was terrible since all the photos were out of square and the lighting was terrible. Thing that when they were going to be revealed they did not pass the quality control evidently to what they tell us that our package was not going to be delivered completely due to poor quality. When trying to contact and inform the manager of the situation, she was super rude and did not attend the scheduled appointment and gave us the excuse that she forgot and after talking to her for a while, she was never able to ask for an apology and or make another appointment. To this day I still have no response from her, nor the date on which she will finish delivering the missing packages.
M	Michelle Alely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0/10 El servicio durante la sesión de fotos fue bien, sin embargo pasaron 4 meses para que pudieran entregarme y solo daban largas y cero profesionales con la comunicación con el cliente. Fueron groseros cuando después de la entrega de mis cuadros regresé a preguntar por mis fotos digitales donde ni siquiera me abrieron la puerta, no habían pasado ni 5 min de haberme retirado del lugar. En cuanto a mis cuadros las fotos estaban mal cortadas y pegadas. No lo recomiendo 0/10 The service during the photo session went well, however it took 4 months for them to deliver me and they only gave long and zero professionals with the communication with the client. They were rude when after the delivery of my paintings I returned to ask for my digital photos where they did not even open the door for me, not even 5 minutes had passed since I had left the place. As for my paintings, the photos were badly cut and pasted. I do not recommend it
