So many things wrong with running the business that I really don't know where to start. First of all the cost is exaggerated for the service and products they offer. The second thing: they make a lot of mistakes. The day of the photos they gave me a stole that was not from my college or my career, despite the fact that I asked them about it and then the owner wanted to apologize through her teeth trying to "reward" me and I agreed; weeks later he contacted me and it turns out he didn't even remember to edit the photo that one of his photographers took wrong. You have to explain to them what they themselves offered you in the package of photographs. Likewise, there is no communication between the owner and her employees, so mistakes are made that could be avoided if such communication existed. Even one of her own workers complained about the owner's indifference. Finally, the arrogant attitude of everyone in the establishment makes you feel that they are doing you a favor, when it is a service that is being offered, for which you are paying and very expensive. I highly recommend looking for service somewhere else.

Terrible service. They meet on a date and they don't give you the photos on time, they lost my photos and when they gave them to me they were incomplete. Staff very rude, inattentive and treat you like they are doing you a favor. Very poor organization and customer service.
