Hay fallas en todo.
La comunicación para tratar cosas como el avance en las entregas es poco o a veces inexistente, solo se comunican por correo contigo para las fechas de los pagos, de ahí en fuera no hay más, tienes que hablarles para saber cómo va tu paquete e incluso así tardan demasiado dando excusa tras excusa nada justificable.
La calidad de material así como del trabajo no es nada parecido con lo que prometen, fotos con exceso de iluminación y poco profesionalismo.
Si se trata de algo tan importante como la graduación deberían de estar al nivel de la "experiencia" que deberían de tener, dejan mucho que desear.
Definitivamente la peor opción.

Communication to deal with things such as progress in deliveries is little or sometimes non-existent, they only communicate with you by mail for payment dates, from then on there is no more, you have to talk to them to know how your package is going and even so they take too long giving excuse after excuse nothing justifiable.
The quality of the material as well as the work is nothing like what they promise, photos with excessive lighting and little professionalism.
If it's something as important as graduation they should be at the level of the "experience" they should have, they leave a lot to be desired.
Definitely the worst option.

Hubo contratiempos, pero lo normal por los 2 años de pandemia. Al final de cuenta siempre respondieron y cumplieron. Tengo compañeros que contrataron con otras empresas y con la pandemia se desaparecieron. Memories siempre dio la cara.
Excelente calidad y trato.
