P	Paloma Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, me tome y pague mis fotos de graduación en Diciembre y es fecha que no me entregan mi paquete, no contestan mis mensajes ni me resuelven nada Porfa consigan otro establecimiento para sus fotos y no malgasten su tiempo ni dinero en este. Terrible place, I took and paid for my graduation photos in December and it is the date that they do not deliver my package, they do not answer my messages or solve anything for me Please find another location for your photos and don't waste your time or money on this one.

Me tomaron la foto de graduación en Marzo 2019, es casi Diciembre y nisiquiera me toman la llamada ni me dicen en que fecha exacta estará mi paquete . Según ellos toma de 4 a 6 meses en entregarte tu paquete más nunca se nos mencionó que se tardaría medio año en llegar unos simples marcos de fotografías. Además nisiquiera tienen la decencia de contestarte llamadas o mensajes, cuando estamos pagando por el servicio, no es un favor que nos están haciendo. En mi vida volvería a contratar su servicio de lo peor. The worst of the services and the worst you can hire for photography. Cuando pagué me dijeron en persona que la entrega sería más o menos en un mes, pero cuando llamé, me dijeron que eran 3 meses. Ahórrense problemas y busquen otro lugar. Terrible service. Cada que hablo me dan una fecha distinta y se van atrasando cada mes. No lo recomiendo para nada. Terrible service. Te dicen que te van a entregar tu paquete en cierto tiempo y que te van a hablar, pero uno está con la incertidumbre de que llegada la fecha ¡No marcan! Y entonces es cuando hay que estar detrás de ellos para meter presión. 3 meses después de lo acordado (en Noviembre era la entrega y me entregaron hasta Febrero) y solo porque ya mostré mi molestia, solo hasta entonces, se apresuraron. Solo me dan largas y a últimas ya ni responden las llamadas. Terrible place to take your graduation photos. They look bad. C	Cecilia Segura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a tomarme.mis.fotos que incluian el paquete de graduacion y la verdad supeeer mal, el fotografo estaba de.mal.humor, enojado y pasivo agresivo. La verdad el servicio me parecio muy malo, estuve incomoda durante mi sesion con mi familia, ni satisfecha con el resultado de la.foto, no quisisimos quedarnos mas porque no estabamos comodas. Espero mejore el servicio con la entrega porque no me ha gustado nada. Today I went to take my photos that included the graduation package and the truth was that I was wrong, the photographer was in a bad mood, angry and passive aggressive. The truth is that the service seemed very bad to me, I was uncomfortable during my session with my family, nor satisfied with the result of the photo, we did not want to stay any longer because we were not comfortable. I hope the service improves with the delivery because I did not like it at all.
