Al inicio me respondieron muy rápido pero después sólo me dijeron que habían salido, que me mandaban la cotización después y aún no me la mandan. He estado mandando mensajes para hacerles saber que sigo al pendiente pero ni me han dado la cotización ni me han dicho que tienen más situaciones que les impidan hacerla.
Por los comentarios veo que es una situación extraordinaria pero sigue siendo frustrante.
I don't know if it will be because of the dates but they haven't been able to give me a quote. At first they responded very quickly but later they only told me that they had left, that they would send me the quote later and they still haven't sent it to me. I have been sending messages to let them know that I am still on the lookout but they have not given me the quote nor have they told me that they have more situations that prevent them from doing it.
From the comments I see that it is an extraordinary situation but it is still frustrating.
