Little responsible with their delivery dates and when they gave me the business cards they were totally different from what I had asked for. If delivery was already a week late, she had to wait longer to wait for a reprint. I also asked him for a personalized stamp that got the information wrong. The truth is very disappointed in the service. I do not recommend at all.

His works are not bad (at least in my case) the detail is the delivery time, if they tell you a date do not trust that they will deliver it to you that day. And you have to be pushing a lot to get the job done.

Terrible service, they have no notion of the concept of punctuality and formality. They never delivered the order on time, they did not communicate with me to inform me of anything and the terrible attention. Why do they offer their services if they are not able to perform them? Terrible service in terms of customer service and delivery time, I do not recommend it and it sounds ugly to say it but unfortunately I would not order from this place again. I left the files ready for an order that should not have any problem; however, it was delivered almost 3 weeks late, it had to be done again because they did it wrong, the size of the files that was already predetermined was not respected and those who attend instead of being transparent all the time hesitated to come back in a few days and so they bring you, they even became quite rude, vrdd, save yourself the trouble of ordering here.

These people have no sense of responsibility, customer service or respect for the time of others. They do not know how to differentiate what is an unforeseen event from what is daily work. In your payment receipt they put a clause that they can deliver late due to unforeseen events and that your business will not have any penalty. For them, attending the counter is an unforeseen event, and with that I tell you their level of excuses. If they want their order to be delivered, they have to be behind them every day because they don't inform them (and to top it off they still get annoyed that they are being called or sent messages)... for them one can be going every day and every day they say that tomorrow . You have to review everything they do, check that they are using the agreed paper, that they are using the correct file, etc. Since they do it wrong, the days go by and the order simply doesn't fit, in my case they had to repeat the entire order. In my case they used the excuse of a shortage of navy blue paper, I went to the hyperlumen and they had the exact paper, I want to add that it had been in the warehouse for so long that it even had dust and according to these people they had already searched everywhere and nothing... They have such poor attention, such poor execution and so little empathy that I do not understand where the 30 years of service and good quality that they proclaim are. I take the time to write this review in order to prevent someone from going through the horrible 3 weeks of delay and anger that these people put me through. I would give them 0 stars but you can't.

Terrible service, it's true about the delivery time. They commit to a date and go round and round, between them they throw the ball that is not their responsibility. More than 3 weeks to deliver what you request. Nothing recommended if you are looking for a good job and on time!
