★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia, compré un jogger el cual no me quedo y regrese a la tienda para cambiarlo pero me negaron el cambio, nunca me mencionaron que no habían cambios y no tienen probadores, la encargada del lugar un poco cerrada diciendo que tenía que escribir a su Instagram y ella no me daba una solución. La ropa es buena pero me quedé decepcionado por la atención.
I had a bad experience, I bought a jogger that didn't fit me and I went back to the store to change it but they denied me the change, they never mentioned that there were no changes and they don't have changing rooms, the manager of the place a bit closed saying that I had to write to her Instagram and she didn't give me a solution. The clothes are good but I was disappointed by the attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia compré una chamarra que en ese momento estaba sucia pero yo necesitaba dicho color , la metí a la lavadora en un ciclo normal y cuando salió estaba muy descosida de 4 lugares diferentes , mande mensaje a la página para comentar el problema y me respondieron basura , estoy segura que este no es el primer mal comentario qué les pasa a los encargados de atención al cliente ?
Terrible experience I bought a jacket that at that time was dirty but I needed that color, I put it in the washing machine in a normal cycle and when it came out it was very unstitched from 4 different places, I sent a message to the page to comment on the problem and they responded rubbish I'm sure this is not the first bad comment what's wrong with customer service managers?
